National Care Providers

An OpenClaw agent that works inside the real systems, runs on a schedule, and catches errors before they cost money.

The story

Ibram at National Care Providers was already a heavy Claude user before we met. He was getting a lot out of it, but he was still the one doing the moving between systems — finding the thing, pasting it in, copying the answer back out. We deployed an OpenClaw agent that took that middle part away. It's connected to the business systems National Care Providers actually runs on, and it's integrated with the other agents Ibram uses day to day. The agent operates inside the real systems rather than a copy of them, runs on a schedule whether Ibram is at his desk or not, and surfaces the jobs that actually need him. Because it has persistent memory of the business, he stopped re-explaining the same context every morning. The most valuable outcome hasn't been the time saved — it's been catching errors before they cost money, in places nobody would have thought to look.

Impact
  • Agent operates directly inside the business systems National Care Providers already uses
  • Scheduled autonomous runs, with escalations to Ibram only where human judgment is needed
  • Persistent memory of the business — no re-explaining context between sessions
  • Integrated with Ibram's other agents so work flows across them
  • Multiple caught errors before they became costly, in places no one would have thought to check

I was already a heavy Claude user before I met Simon, and I got a lot out of it. But I was still the one doing the moving. Find the thing, paste the thing, copy the answer back out, then try to remember where I was before the phone rang. What Simon set up through Coolmogo took that middle part away, and the middle part was most of the job. The difference is that it works on the real thing rather than a copy of it. It goes into the systems we already use and does the work there, instead of telling me what I should go and do. It also runs on its own. Jobs happen on a schedule whether I am at my desk or not, and I hear about the ones that need me. Claude waits for you to open it. This does not. And it remembers. Not for one conversation, permanently. I stopped re-explaining my own business every morning. What all of that adds up to is catching things. Several times now it has picked up an error before it cost us money, in places I would never have thought to look. That is worth more to me than the time it saves. Simon built it around how I already work instead of making me work his way. That is why it stuck.
